New Protein Global believes there are better, cleaner, and more sustainable ways to feed the world’s growing population. We have the ambition to become a global leader in innovative technologies for the large-scale production of high-quality, cost-effective plant-based proteins and ingredients for use in the global food and beverage industries.

We have developed a unique proprietary process to produce a clean-label, hexane-free soy protein. Our BioPur™ process offers a new standard for the safest soy proteins within the food industry. Our products provide a cost-effective solution for food manufacturers by replacing their soy ingredients with our clean label soy ingredients.

Furthermore, our BioPur™ technology is environmentally friendly and this clean-label extraction and purification technology provides the food industry with a broad portfolio of innovative ingredients of highest-quality plant-based proteins, which increasingly is demanded by global consumers.

We offer food manufacturers a safer, natural, and better functioning soy protein ingredient portfolio in a market that is currently valued at $6.7B (USD) and is expected to reach $11.4B (USD) by 2027, at a CAGR of 6.9% (source: Reports and Data, May 2020).

To feed the world’s growing population, sustainable soy is needed, and its “use” must be future-proofed by the industry. One of the reasons for this is that there are mounting concerns with the processing of soy because hexane is currently being used in the extraction process.

By pioneering new green technology at commercial scale with full transparency and traceability, we intend to change the future standard for the food industry with a better value protein.
